Guidelines for marriage registration application form

1. It is compulsory to fill the application in both Hindi and English languages.
2. To fill the application in Hindi, use “Hindi Hindi Tool” structure, Google Indic Tool or any other Unicode enabled.
3. Hindi typing tool or use attached Hindi keyboard.
4. Before filling the application form, make the following preparations:
5. In the JPG format of the new photograph size less than 40 B.
6. Please fill in the same address in the address of the address whose certificate is being uploaded.
7. After filling the full details, please thoroughly check the letter filled in the preview, if any kind of error, then go to the relevant option and correct it and once again check the full details in the preview and make it completely secure.Application form number and password will be given after completing the form completely. Please keep the application number and password in hand.
8. After completing the form, the registration fee can be paid online or by visiting the relevant office.
   Select the respective option for online payments. Online payments are now only possible by net banking.
   After payment, print out “payment receipt”.
9. After filling the application, on any working day (within 30 days after filling) and paying online fees (within 120 days) with all the original certificates, registration can be done by going to the selected office
